I'm not exactly sure about the anatomy involved in having an eye on your tongue, but I can't imagine it would be terribly comfortable. Or, for that matter, terribly useful, in the long run. Unless you had some particular reason that you needed to be able to see inside of your mouth.

Er, anyway, this really ended up coming out very dark, but when I tried to lighten it up, it didn't look as cool. So I just left it. This is what happens when I go into "fuck it all" mode and start playing with the dodge and burn tools. :[

Total Time: 45 minutes
Tools: Photoshop, Tablet
Finished?: Ah-yuh.

Rambling
You know, on my way home from work this afternoon, it occurred to me how wonderfully ironic it is when they play censored versions of Rage Against the Machine on the radio. Every time I heard them futilely raging "f**k you, I won't do what you tell me", I giggled. Well, apparently, Mr. De La Rocha, you will do what they tell you, when they're paying you thousands of dollars to play your angsty songs on the radio, at least.

But keep on stickin' it to the man! Power to the people!

Anyway, there was more that I was going to say, but it will have to wait unti lafter I curl up in bed and die for a few hours. I was okay all afternoon, but I think three hours of sleep is finally starting to catch up with me.

The eye-on-tongue deal would only work for the poor bloke who had so many dental issues he just needs to jump the gate a bit! Hehe, now how could you actually right that into a character?

tablet?
I was wondering.

What tablet do you use?
Wacom (intuos or Cintiq)? or something else?!

Re: tablet?
I use a Wacom Intuos 6x8. I used to use an Aiptek (because it was cheaper, I thought I'd save myself a few bucks) and it was just a huge nightmare until it finally ended up self-destructing about a year after buying it. Wacom is definitely worth the little extra you'll pay for it, if you're thinking about getting one.

Re: tablet?
Oh, I see! I'd love a Cintiq, buuuut it's a bit out of my price range at the moment, haha. I know a few people who own them, and they all really seem to like it.

Bypassing all that good stuff, what are "Poets of the Fall" like? Seems like an interesting name... I hate to admit, I judge books by their covers. Sometimes people too, but I can change my mind later, right? I do that with music and band titles. They seem interesting.

Oh, don't worry, I do the same thing with titles! I've actually found quite a lot of music I like that way, haha.

Poets of the Fall, hum. They're kind of alternative rock, I guess you'd call it. My favorite songs of theirs are Carnival of Rust and Dawn. Here's a couple youtube videos with them, if you're interested:

Carnival of Rust <- the official video, very Tim Burton-esque

Dawn <-- FF fan vid, obviously not the official video, but it doesn't seem to be posted on youtube :(

Most of the bands i listen to I've found that way... ^^ And nifty, I like alt-rock. It's usually all post-grunge goodness. So yay.

Having an eye tongue to me makes almost more sense that having not having an eye tongue... >_>
